Sweet Mango Tahini Sauce

A simple tahini sauce that would go well with tofu, chicken, prawns, or the chickpea fritters which you can find the recipe for here.

3 tbsp tahini

1 medium clove garlic

Juice of half a lemon

2 tsp mango chutney

Pinch of salt

3 tbsp water

Finely grate the garlic then combine with the tahini, lemon juice and chutney and salt. It will get really thick due to the acidity of the lemon, so mix in the water until you get a thick but pourable consistency.  I used this at room temperature, but you can warm it if preferred.
